Looking back, it's both frightening and wonderful that we didn't have smartphones back then.
It sure is! I think about it often, how smartphones have changed things. Even doctor’s offices don’t have an array of magazines to read in the lobby anymore b/c most people use that time to read their emails & reply on social media.
Associated memory: Our math teacher used to say, "It's not like you'll have a calculator with you everyday."
